Our Team
Bill is the co-founder of New Covenant GraceLife Ministries. Bill has over 32 years of experience as a Spiritual Formation Director, Pastoral Counselor and Associate/Small Groups Pastor. He was an Adjunct Professor at Spirit of Life Bible College. He is the author of several Bible studies on New Covenant theology, grace, eternal security, spirituality and sexuality, Authentic Christian Home Church Communities, and salvation. He is certified by the American Association of Christian Counselors in Human Sexuality. He holds a B.A. in Christian Leadership and Theology from Colorado Christian University and graduated with a Master’s degree in Christian Formation and Soul Care at Denver Seminary. He is a Masters-level Christian Mind-Body Practitioner trained at the Splankna Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado. The past nine years he has been in private practice with his wife, Janean.
Janean is the co-founder of New Covenant GraceLife Ministries. Janean has 30 years of experience in counseling families, singles, and survivors of sexual abuse. She received a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling under the direction of Dr. Larry Crabb at Colorado Christian University. She completed five advanced-level, post-graduate courses (150 classroom hours) in Human Sexuality, Sexual Dysfunctions, Medical Aspects of Sexual Functioning, Advanced Sex Therapy, Sexual Trauma and Abuse, and Compulsive Addictive and Paraphilic Sexuality at the Institute for Sexual Wholeness. She completed her clinical supervision under Dr. Douglas Rosenau (the first Christian sex therapist and the author of Celebration of Sex). Janean has been a guest adjunct professor at the Institute for Biblical Studies at Focus on the Family and Colorado Christian University, and a national Single Parent Trainer for Crown Financial Ministries. She is a Masters-level Christian Mind-Body practitioner trained at the Splankna Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado. She is the author of several published magazine articles and radio commentaries for Focus on the Family and other Christian publications and e-books. The past nine years she has been in private practice with her husband, Bill.
STEPHEN ANTHONY is a Licensed Professional Counselor, having worked in the counseling field since 2005. He received his Master’s degree in counseling from Denver Seminary. He is an Advanced-level Christian Mind-Body Work practitioner and was trained at the Splankna Therapy Institute in Denver. He is experienced in individual therapy, couple’s counseling, men’s counseling and family counseling. He is the co-author of a book with his wife called, Waiting with God: for His good gifts of marriage and sex. He is available to do Christian Mind-Body Work intensives at his office in Grand Junction, Colorado.
REBECCA ANTHONY is a Licensed Professional Counselor, having attained an MA in Counseling Psychology from Mars Hill Graduate School in Seattle Washington, along with a certificate in Spiritual Direction. She is also a certified Master-level Christian Mind-Body Work practitioner with the Splankna Therapy Institute. She is experienced in individual therapy, couple’s counseling and women’s counseling. She is co-author of a book with her husband entitled, Waiting with God: for His good gifts of marriage and sex. She currently is a stay-at-home mom to two young sons. For couples purchasing our Sexual Functioning Screenings, Rebecca may be the one who gives the results, along with suggestions, with a compassionate and personal touch.
